Makerbot Replicator 2 Arrives

So i finally got my makebot 2 :-) 

Gonna throw out some videos soon - Youtube is really lacking videos of this machine

Making gearz square now - Gonna add some pictures of my temp maker area till i bring this to my man cave lol 

So far everything is going good - Dont care for the Plastic come out during heat up but i guess its normal for a short bit to come out at the start 

More info to come and a youtube intro to this great machine

Yeah I know we have a back up generator but who know when it will go out - 

Square print was a fail one side cooled very fast and makerbot pulled it up gonna try again with smaller area of usage

So like Aaron predicted power went out last night so i bought it to my office - But im having problems printing more then one thing on the plate at a time - 

Im trying to print gear cube - 4 models on the plate 

the 2 large gear print and stick well but the small one disconnect 

Simple print at 

10 % fill

2 shells

.27 - to cut down the time needed 

Just a test model if i print them one at a time they print fine but when i try two one always pulls out the the plate 

Its perfectly leveled and i will check it again to confirm

Is it colder at your office?  Is there a vent blowing onto your printer?  Sounds like you have a temperature differential.  With multiple pieces (and a longer time between layers), the plastic is cooling/shrinking a little more.  You might look at enclosing it slightly and/or warming up the interior of the build space.
