Hey again:
This morning Katrina Venhuizen spotted a vulture over Gilsland Farm which had unfortunately moved pretty far south by the time I got on it. From the West Meadow I got decent scope views of a Black Vulture moving over Portland. Digiscoping efforts are almost not worth sharing but I did embed a shot in my checklist which has already been deemed the “world’s worst photo.” See for yourself: http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S20944146
I did drive into Back Cove, approximately where the bird was moving toward, but could not relocate it from there.
