Pushkal, Chawla - go to the above link, email every single institution on Phase 1 of that document reminding them that they need to give the adjudication test and fill up all surveymonkey forms - for the test, adj details & team details. Send the email from regist...@gmail.com. They need to fill up everything by tomorrow, else hospi and allotment of adjs is going to get messed up. The links are given everywhere, coolage, facebook, website. Get it from there. All those that have phone numbers, call them & ask them about the forms. Tell them to fill it up if they haven't. Text them if they aren't picking up. Get this done by 10 PM MAX.

Sakhi, Nupur - Do not forget to send the email regarding Novice selections tomorrow at 6 PM, Meeting with Lnd on wednesday & Adjudication test on Thursday. Since gmail accounts aren't being able to send mails to nls, use anyone of your accounts to send a mail at ugstudents; just ensure that you write on behalf of The Literary & Debating Society. Make the email read nice.

Make chits for the novice selections - A1-A30 & B1-B30. Each person picks up 2 chits. Explain the procedure for selections - 1v1, each person does one opp and one prop. The chit picking will happen right after class.

Pass around the list for volunteer preferences tomorrow in class. PnP, hospi, r&r, transport, infra, runners, f&b. Add something if I'm missing it out. We need a good number of runners, hospi and infra volunteers. Give the list to Archana after class.

Also, pass around a list for interested adjudicators. Give that to Archana as well, but if you see Viraj, just hand it to him.

You guys need to get a great big buzz going. We'll need shitloads of help from your batch in order to run this smoothly, so make them understand the value of South Asia's biggest debate. Shouldn't be too hard :)

Just to add. Also make chits for C1-30 and D 1-30. All As pick Ds, and all Bs pick Cs.
