Action on entering channel

Will my merge request of my Change to have actions not only when entering a server but also when entering a channel be merged?
That feature is required to authorise with bots as the action on connect happens before a join and is thus too early.

The best way is done in the Konversation IRC client and also allows actions on user configured highlights.
E. G. When a bot ASKS you to authenticate.
