Mabgate 2nd viewing

Hi all. We're keen to get a 2nd viewing of mabgate. Have shonen with
paul (landlord) and he can offer the folliwing times:
Wednesday 8am or 4:30pm
Thursday 8am or 4:30pm
Friday 8am.

When works for everyone? I'm out of town this week but can make phone
calls so let me know. Cheers!

Guys,

I hate to say this but if *no one* says they want to do a second viewing, we won't do one. The clock is ticking and we have 15 days until we close down the current space... Stop lurking and respond please!

It's probably a little too late, but when you're next speaking to the potential landlord, could you ask him what the people currently renting the unit are like?

I'm wondering if we could possibly bribe one if their employees with a couple of pints for letting us have a look closer to 6pm than 4:30.

I don't know the people involved or how feasible it actually is, but I have done similar when renting units before -and I think its important that everyone who wants to gets a chance to see it before we're renting it ;)

That's unfeasible as it's being rented as storage space by a large company. We have asked about viewing later or at the weekend but 16:30 or 08:00 Mon-Fri are as far out of hours as the landlord can do.

Rob,

Check the group for minutes of last visit and photos, second viewing is to include more people in the decision. Nothing is being rented on one viewing/three people's opinion. :)
