Boolean Question Type Not Functioning

Dear Users,

On several occasions, I tried setting question type as boolean without a success. Whenever i select this question type, the XML cannot save showing me the error attached. Could it be a problem with chrome the browser i used in this case? How can I fix this so that I finish my project?

Apart from that, IE and FireFox cannot load to enable me create an online form. Could this be a JavaScript issue or anyother problem?
