I'm not 100% clear either, but as I understand it now, the markup for the
core layouts has changed, and thus the CSS styling needs to be updated.
Also, Joomla provided some system CSS to templates to use if they wanted
to and now that's replaced with Boostrap's styling instead.
Did I get that right?
