Hey guys,

it was more work than I thought - partly due to schedules maintenance of github I didn't know about - but the new bootstrap templates have been merged into master. So get busy testing ;)

Note I haven't merged the SQL changes yet, so after installing Joomla you'll have to discover the new templates and manually make them the default. We'll fix this soonish.

I for one am now ready to take a vacation. Just kidding ;)

Best regards
Rouven

So let me share a little bit of a convoluted trick for getting the templates installed. I don't know why this works but go to extension manager  install and attempt to install isis and proto star from directory. This will fail but then you will be able to go to discover install and install them. For reasons I don't understand if you go to discover install first it won't work.

Even better here's a pull request for the sql changes to have them installed--if someone would do a version for azure that would be awesome.

+1,

Also, way to go Michael, JM, Kyle (and UX group), Mark, and others who
contributed as well (I know I'm leaving some names out, forgive me!). We
have a lot of Joomla Super Heroes and we're very thank for all of you!

Kind regards,
Nick
