3rd extensions vs com_finder

Seen that the content of K2 is indexed by com_finder, but the content is not JEvents.

Yes, I installed their search plugins, but it did not work.

So what does that do to the content of other components to be indexed by com_finder?

com_search and com_finder use different plugins to do their searching.  So, for JEvents to work with com_finder, they would need a plugin in the finder group (like K2 has done).
