It is my feeling that these continued announcements by you about what will
happen in the Rails Israel conference, are reducing from the signal-to-noise
ratio of the mailing list. They are not off-topic, but still their continued
posting is annoying to me, in part because I do not have an intention of
attending the conference.
Please consider reducing the frequency of announcements you make about it.
