I'm having some video issues with Android,

I have clips exported as mp4, accessing them on my notebook (MAMP) the videos work fine on iPad, Android and desktop

however, when I try to access the same clips on a remote dev server (LAMP) I get 'Sorry this video cannot be played' on Android 2.3(phone) and 3.2(tablet)

iPad and desktop are fine both locally and remote...

I've tried different encoding settings but all with the same result

Would really appreciate any insight into 1) why this is happening and 2) possible solutions

cheers

URL ?
The exact same file can't be loaded from a different location, it can't be a codec problem (since i heard Google tried to push webm codec on top of mpeg not supporting it anymore).

Are you sure the dev server URL isn't broken ?
