Problems with category item (e.g. product) import in 5.1.0

I've noticed several problems in category item import process:

1. when in "Popup Mode", then pressing "Cancel" button on last import step will replace left (menu) frame (and not right frame) import template
2. no matter what category is specified in CSV file, but any created product will have target import category set as primary and a category from CSV file as secondary (problem, since "Parent Section" field appeared on an editing form)

Also I've noticed, that I'm unable to place a category item in a particular sub-category, when I have "Cat1" and "Cat2" columns in CSV and I'm manually specifying their position in import dialog.

Here is the patch this this one problem only (not 2 mentioned in prev. post).
