iFlicks stuck muxing video

I'm trying to add a number of AVI videos to iTunes using iFlicks, but it appears to be stuck with about 1% progress at 'Muxing video'. 

The video itself is only about 84MB, and plays fine in QuickTime Player.

I'm using iFlicks 1.4.3 (1087). I've been using iFlicks for quite some time, without problem, but this issue only surfaced recently.

Any ideas?

Thanks, I'll give that a try to see if I have any more luck. Still, the way that I'm trying it was working fine for a long time - I've no idea what's changed.

It kills me to say this as I have LOVED this app from day one and have
gotten SEVERAL friends and family members to hop on it.....
But I have been using iVI more and more due to the speed of conversion
(mainly due to the pass thru abilities).
For the longest time it seemed that this app was being actively
developed, but not only new or updated features are coming out
when Apple makes changes or adds a new product......
I hope I am sadly mistaken and they surprise me/us with a few new
features in an upcoming release....!
