Conducting Risk Assessments in iAuditor

Good Afternoon All,

A few people have been asking about conducting Risk Assessments in iAuditor, or asking about the Risk Matrix from iJSA being imported in iAuditor. I have made an example CSV template with two different methods of conducting a Risk Assessment in the iAuditor application. 

With the current version of iAuditor, images that are embedded in templates will not appear in final report, but they are able to be viewed in the audit while it is being conducted. This is something we are working towards in a future release. In the example, I have saved the Risk Matrix image in my device's library, and upload it in the Media field so that it will appear in the final report. I have also attached screenshots to show the audit in progress, as well as the final report, and how it looks as a PDF.

Other ideas and suggestions are more than welcome; this is just one example of how iAuditor can be used to conduct a Risk Assessment.

Hi Brian,

That's a great suggestion, I will put it up under "Risk Assessments in iAuditor", and the author will be SafetyCulture. Please be aware that the risk matrix image won't be attached to it, as this was an image local to my device.

Hi Taylor,

That's great thanks.

I'd been considering asking about incorporating the risk assessment stuff into iAuditor for some time. I hadn't done so because I didn't want to distract you guys from the great iAuditor work that you're doing. I did have a play with at iJSA but it seems to be more related to the construction sector than to university education where I'm working. I'll have a play with your risk assessment right away.
