I just updated our Hobo with Bootstrap app from pre4 to pre5.

I am curious about the CSS preprocessor change implied by this diff in my Gemfile.lock

I did not see it noted anywhere in the Hobo release notes - did I miss docs somewhere?

It is not causing trouble, I am just curious.

Thanks!

Hi Paul,

We have replaced the compass_twitter_bootstrap with bootstrap-sass. This
is because bootstrap-sass is more actively maintained with the latest
bootstrap version, and makes it very easy to use bootswatch themes.

The readme says it supports Compass, so we shouldn't have compatibility
problems. But it's a big change, so please say if you find anything
weird :).

Thanks for the informative reply.

Keeping current w Bootstrap is great - seems like a sensible change.

I did note one important thing in the bootstrap-sass Readme:

As per the Bootstrap project we don't include the responsive styles by default. @import "bootstrap-responsive"; to get them.

Our README also has a section on responsive styles. We include the
responsive CSS by default, and include instructions on how to remove
them if you don't want them.
