How remove unused Growltickets ?

I want know how remove growlticket of some application that I don't use anymore.

Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2) with Growl (2.0) bought on App Store.

Go into the applications tab and select the app, then hit delete.

Ya 2.0 changes from files like you're used to, to a coredata data store, so we added that in.

Albeit, I really don't see the problem with leaving registrations in indefinitely. :)
