I am looking for an extension that allows you to toggle a greasemonkey script for a particular page without going into the dialog to add it or remove it.

It is not by the domain as such but the URL such are the one you are currently one, so that if you go to another page on the same domain that script won't be active there.

However if you refresh the page you are on the script should still be active.

Is there something like that?

It's hard to follow exactly what you're asking, but it sounds like you just need to edit the include/exclude rules for the script.
