Geocharts Lat/Lon Boundaries?

Is it possible to define the lat/lon boundaries for Geocharts or can you only adjust the map boundaries by using the "region" option only? I have some data I want to display which is only over one half of a state. The state map looks great, but I would like to better define the area of the map where the data is to be plotted. Essentially, I would like to basically "zoom in" on half of a state. Is this possible at the moment?
