How to display pagingSymbols on Top of Table

I have used Table Paging from  https://code.google.com/apis/ajax/playground/?type=visualization#table_paging. By default pagingSymbols are displayed on bottom of Table.I want to display on top of the Table. Is it possible?

You can use CSS to re-position them.  The buttons are contained in a div with the class "google-visualization-table-div-page".

I have tried to add css to move the paging Symbols on top of Table. It looks the pagingSymbols are in Seprate DIV tag and other Tablew cells or in another DIV tag. So i want move the pagingSymbols DIV to the top of Cells DIV tag. The cells DIV  not having class name or id. So i am not able to interchange these DIVs. Is any example avilable to change the position of pagingSymbols.
