CPD record using Google Spreadsheet as database for study and research work

Hi, I have been using a google docs spreadsheet to record my continuous professional development, researching new techniques law etc, I want to open it to colleques via a web page with a sign in so records can be individual, I can do this in a spreadsheet, but can it be done from a web page
