iOS 6.0 and googlemaps webapp?

Using the javascript 3,0 api in a iphone webapp map. All worked great on iOS <5.1.1 when upgrading to iOS 6.0 it wont even startup the map in ios 6.0.
It uses geolocation and I have tried setting the app priviligies/settings to "allow position" everywhere I could find without any luck.
Anyone else had similar problems with googlemaps webapp and ios 6.0?
