Bug: Street view problem in IE8

There is a problem with Street view div (sv_canvas) in IE8:

In Opera, Safari, FF, Chrome, all is fine. 
In IE7 and IE8 the map is fine - but streetview is not. Only grey background in IE7/IE8 appears. It happens only the first time I search. In the second search, IE7 and IE8 goes ok.

I've read it's a bug that not happen in V3.3, but V3.3 it's obsolete. Can anyone suggest anything that might be causing this behaviour and what is the solution?  
If this issue is repeated, please, give me the link with the fix...
