DFP Test Account

When I log in to DFP Small Business account, at the top of the window I see this text: "Test Network". I tried to deliver ads on test page but it did not work. I used Google Debug tool and it looks like I am in Test Account. How can I switch to live DFP account so that I can test ad delivery?

Hi,

You are correct that your DFP Test network will not let you test ad delivery and that is by design. Please see the following resource about getting a production account (with API access): https://developers.google.com/doubleclick-publishers/docs/prod_signup

Thank you so much. I followed all the steps but still it shows Test Network at the top. I can use API to create orders, but my ads are not running. I have DFP Small Business Account. Do I need to have Premium account? I suppose I do not need. I am using API to make things easier but it is not helping. I contacted DFP twice via their contact form and provided screenshots & network ID, but did not get response. Can you please help?

Hi,

You should be able to serve from a Small Business Account.  I'm not sure what the API team can do since this looks like a product account issue.  Did you reach out to DFP through the product forum http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/dfp or dfp-s...@google.com?

So I have verified that the network you have is a test network used for testing out the API. This network cannot be made to serve ads. To serve ads, you need to sign up for a small business or premium network. The following is the signup form for a small business network: https://services.google.com/fb/forms/dfpsbsignupen/.
