Insert Location of signature in compose HTML

          I am working on gmail compose extension and i want to know how to insert and where to insert the signature ...

Hello Sunny,

You can use the Email Settings API to insert the signature. Refer the Email Settings Developers Guide at:

http://code.google.com/googleapps/domain/email_settings/developers_guide_protocol.html#GA_email_signature_main

The Email Settings API is an admin API, it allows administrator of a domain to set signature for users of domain. You cannot insert signature for users apart from the domain.
