I am using the Google Email Audit API. I have uploaded the public key successfully and am to get the results of the Account Info. But when trying to receive the response for the export url, the status is still showing PENDING since the past 24 hours. How long does it take for the STATUS to be COMPLETED???

Unfortunately this process takes days.. at least 3 days to complete.

It's you first time trying retrieving the Account activity?

I did my first (and unique) attempt a 1 week ago, and it takes 5 days to switch to COMPLETE status.

The documentation says it depends on the period that you are retrieving.

I did not pass any interval, so It gave me the account since january 2012, maybe in a small period interval it takes less time.

Hi All,

   Thanks for your reply. But I have one more concern. I finally got the status as completed. I think it is because the size of the mailbox was very small relatively just a few mails in them. But when I see the numberOfFiles property of the GenericEntry it shows 0. Why would that be the case even if it has mails in it? For the account info request I get a file url from which I can download all the encrypted requests. I do know for sure that the account has a number of emails.

Am I going wrong anywhere here?

I have my code pasted below:

The output is a series of loops where all the properties are printed. One of them looks like this:

INFO: All requests -{numberOfFiles=0, completedDate=2012-07-24 01:07, includeDeleted=false, packageContent=FULL_MESSAGE, requestId=73957890, status=COMPLETED, userEmailAddress=<user>@<mydomain>.com, searchQuery=in:chat, adminEmailAddress=<admin-username>@<mydomain>.com, endDate=2009-08-31 01:00, requestDate=2012-07-23 20:53, beginDate=2009-07-01 09:30}

Why would the numberOfFiles be 0 even if I do have mails in it? Shouldnt I be betting a file URL from where I can download it?
