Which email and password is used in deploying an app from Launcher

I am trying to deploy the guestbook app with the Launcher and keep getting invalid email address or password. I think they are the same as used to get into gmail or here. But they don't work.

The same as you use to login into 

https://appengine.google.com/

If yuo have 2-factor authentication enabled, I think you need to enter a application specific password.

Hi Barry, Thanks for responding, I was putting hotmail.com instead of gmail.com (for about an hour) so thanks for making me think about it.
