Tried to run this Python GAE code
vto = urllib.unquote(self.request.get('vto'))
vfr = urllib.unquote(self.request.get('vfr'))
vcc = urllib.unquote(self.request.get('vcc'))
vbcc = urllib.unquote(self.request.get('vbcc'))
vsub =urllib.unquote( self.request.get('vsub'))
vmsg = urllib.unquote(self.request.get('vmsg'))
mail.send_mail(sender=vfr,to=vto,cc=vcc,bcc=vbcc,subject=vsub,body=vmsg)
I get this error irregardless of running within another program or via URL. I think a number of other users have this problem too ....

I'm sure you've got it secured, but something about that code makes me
think open relay....
