I am getting following message

" The phone number has been sent too many messages or has already been
used to confirm an account. "

I was not able to get the messsge so tried bunch of times to send the
SMS from googleapp engine site.

Now I just got my phone enabled for messages. so it should be OK to
recieve the message now but I am kind of stuck becuase as per
googleappengine it is already too many times it is been tried to send
the SMS message for this phone from the googleappengine site.

Can somebody help me to pass this stage of SMS verification so that I
can proceed further with my mobile experimentation?

I used my colleague's cell phone to get this verified.

Now I am getting following error when I am deploying the app in google app.

Please visit http://code.google.com/appengine for the latest SDK.

Initiating update.

This application does not exist (app_id=u'mobitry').

Debugging information may be found in C:\Users\vshukla\AppData\Local\Temp\2\appengine-deploy7314225494612513236.log

How should I get this resolved?

You need to login at appspot.com and register your application.

I got this resolved. Looks like some security/firewall  issue in one of office machine.

Now I installed Google App engine plugin in my home desktop eclipse and deployed the app. It works fine now.
