Frontend Instance Hours Dashboard vs. Billing history Page Discrepancy

I support two App Engine School Website:
http://purcellmarianorg.appspot.com -> http://www.purcellmarian.org
http://nativity-school.appspot.com -> http://school.nativity-cincinnati.org
Both of these sites are under the new billing model since Nov 8th 2011.
Using the appengine.google.com (looking at purcellmarianorg):
Dashboard Page reflects Frontend Instance Hours different than what the billing history reflects.
For example i was looking at the purcellmarianorg for last 3 days 11-14 to 11-16 the frontend instance hours approx. 27-28 hours (24 hour period) but billing history
for 11-14 reflected 54.01 and 11-15 reflected 50.46 frontend instance hours.
There is a discrepancy between what the dashboard (realtime) vs. billing history page is showing.
These school do not have much money so they are getting charge almost $1-2 per day.
We feel there might be problem in what is shown to the customer and what is really billed as far as the frontend instance hours is concerned.
If you can help forward this to Google App Engine Billing/Technical team.
