Is it possible to download my files FROM the cloud?

Dear GAE community,

 

Due to the loss of some files during an upgrade to Windows 7, I lost the latest version of the files associated with my app.  Quick question, is it possible to now download the version of my files which is already deployed? (I thought I had a backup, but didn't :(  and it will be a lot of extra work if I can't download).
