ndb is the next version of db.
is there any reason of using db.Models anymore?
I just went through the doc.
From a progammer perspective is there a difference between db and ndb?

Hi

There are a number of differences, implicit caching, lots of async stuff.  I have projects in both.
If you are starting a new project with no existing gae code, I would go with NDB.

GAE team should put NDB docs on a menu at same lavel of Storage. Putting ndb inside db doc and as the last link make devs find it only after using db. So if ndb is the prefered API, the documention make this transition harder.

Hi Renzo,

Thanks for the feedback and it helps a lot! The docs team is always working hard to improve the hierarchy and the structure of our docs, so that I hope it'll happen in the near future.
