Billing for Incoming Bandwith

Hi all,

I'm seeing different docs about billing for incoming bandwith:

Incoming bandwith is not present in the pricing table:

However, 

http://code.google.com/intl/nl-NL/appengine/docs/quotas.html 

mentions that Incoming bandwith is billable.

it is not any more.
