Unable to manage app from Dashboard

I haven't had to login or make a change to my code since Feb 2011.  Yesterday, I noticed that my google visualization graph isn't working and I get a basic authentication popup for doctype.googlecode.com when I visit my page (from from javascript includes that I have).

Today, I login to see what's up, and probably do some code updates to fix whatever has been deprecated in the last 9-10 months and I can't manage my app :(

When I launch the Dashboard from the GAE Launcher on my Desktop, it goes to https://appengine.google.com/dashboard?app_id=kjake-taws, which then redirects me to https://appengine.google.com/start asking me to create an Application.

The basic form of my app is still working (http://kjake-taws.appspot.com/) as you can see that my, currently, one system is still able to push updates into the app/db.  But the main page is all sorts of broke (http://kjake-taws.appspot.com/history?user=kjwattz).

How do I get management of my app back?

Make sure you use the correct login information when signing into https://appengine.google.com/start. I sometimes mix up different accounts and then don't see I was expecting.
