How to upload the file by using BlobStore

I read the concept of blobstore those give by google but I dnt understand that so please help me any other link or code for upload the file by using the blobstore & jsp & servlet, if you have any other concept so tell me

Some deep in a Google data-center. Google dont tell you where. But its also probably replicated to multiple data-centers.
