XMPP Presence

 Hi,

 I am trying to know user presence on my application.

 If i add xmpp presence service to my application, can i get all the users status who are registered my application or all the users of gtalk?

 I have tried adding xmpp presence, request coming to one of my servlet but it saying that

This request caused a new process to be started for your application,....

Please help me on this.
