The daily limit is one viewing. The lifetime limit is the same.

I'm glad to hear that you're using CloudSQL really heavily. We're
working on it, and will followup here.

Hi Krishna,

As you can imagine, that quota is for Cloud SQL API call count. I've
just bump that quota significantly for everyone, so it should be OK
for you now.

Thanks for bumping up the quota. Hopefully, we'll not hit the quota issue again.

This quota was hit (or close to being hit) at a very modest load. I hope you have significantly increased the quota (maybe 10x) !
