Error while trying to log in to google accounts

When I try to log in to google accounts to check or modify my GAP app at:

http://appengine.google.com/_ah/login?continue=http://appengine.google.com/

I get this error:
Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.

You might try to clear your browser's cache, then try logging in again.
