I know there is a quite good datastore-editor in the appengine-console ("Data Viewer"). But I have a lot of "list" attributes - this is due to de-normalizing my data as proposed by the Objectify-Framework I use.

It seems "Data Viewer" does not allow to edit those list attributes - only standard attributes (String, Dates, ...) can be edited. So before implementing my own editor I was wondering if there is another way to edit those? Perhaps I missed something obvious?

Unfortunately the datastore editor ("Datastore Viewer") is pretty
anemic. Not only can't you edit list properties, you can't create or
delete properties and you can't create new datastore kinds.

Here are some issues that I suggest starring:

http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=5300
http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=7067
http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=6362

...and a few for the SDK datastore viewer, which is even more limited:

http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=3180
http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=4299

If you do end up producing a nice datastore viewer, please opensource it!
