* Have you already configured your custom domain for your application?

* Is your domain a primary domain or a non-primary domain?

* Can you explain about the exact steps before you saw that error?

- billing enabled,

- CNAME changed.

I tried both SNI and VIP and all I'm getting is this error page.

503. That’s an error.

The service you requested is not available at this time.

Service error -27. That’s all we know.

After going over GAE's SSL instruction several times and searching through google for a while

I am now out of guesses.

Any insight will be appreciated.

did you get this resolved? I am in the exact same situation and it's really frustrating.

Nothing in the logs that would help. I tried to get support from Google Apps 4 Business but no useful response.

Hi Robert,

Are you using VIP or SNI? Have you correctly created a CNAME record?

What's your domain and hostname?

I forgot to add a dot after 'ghs.googlehosted.com', like 'ghs.googlehosted.com.' in our dns cname entry.
