Hi, our app Automatoon.com is currently dead in the water because what appears to be an error inside of App Engine somewhere- Not fun :(

Please, if anyone can help us it would be greatly appreciated. Here are the details:

To trigger the error, go to the following url, which is supposed to serve up an image: http://www.automatoon.com/public/users/chouser/animations/0/images/1
What you get instead (at least what happens at the time of this post) is get the generic (and very unhelpful) message:

Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it.

The key string for the blob it is supposed to retrieve is: "AMIfv95Ga4bmSEtbNFBPYFRXjJvAloRQa9aQptoNUyJgkaq-xRMzY_iJFCrBUlTOfcrkLUGtWHyaFD4o12UfDu1R6D-bg024UL4F7VTPm8rtiszlcum5g4JosyOcH5cPPucJCH9YmIzowLpDeorVGtFpmQD0eLIatA"

This error appears to be internal to AppEngine and no error information at all exists in the logs. Basically, as long as this error is unresolved, all images for all animations created by our users more than a day old currently appear to be lost :( Which essentially would be a tragic end of many months of our work to launch this startup project.

For newer images this problem does not exist, even though none of the relevant code has changed (to the best of our knowledge) For instance, here is a test image that works fine: http://www.automatoon.com/public/users/drcode/animations/40/images/0

The key string for this newer blob image (which works as expected) is "AMIfv96IRrkGy34pE-TW_sxcyg6oMaATSbLDYIjkh6TRFC7tzsYLPrqd7UaTTWsccy32MULr1enJi4NiXXw2h6awQKMF_cVpCNOOgbaNYmzo8e8a8e_TdZvuDtywxtAURTkIA6UhLo6TsVeEnR7XAqAAYWRoZWTxzg"

Can someone help me figure out why all calls to access our user's blob data causes internal AppEngine errors?

Thanks for any help.

How are you serving the blobs?
