Where to report production issue?

I was using the following template to report production issue in issue tracker. However, I find the template is no longer valid and Type-Production tag is also removed. What's the right channel to report production issue for GAE? The "Report Production Issue" button in admin portal is useless since there is no way to track the status of the issue. Is the forum here the only place to report production issues?

Good you raised this. I have the same issue - the "Report Production Issue" on the App Engine Console has now become just a feedback link. Where can we post and track production issues?

Any response from Google on this? I was just about to enable billing on my app, but it seems foolish to pay for a service lacks a channel to report production issues! (Most other business models would consider this a fundamental primary service requirement, no?)
