How many people are using google app engine?

I am wondering what the number of apps running on GAE is and just how many developers are writing code for it?

Lots, and lots.

This appears to be a loaded question.

 

Better questions are things like “how much revenue does AppEngine generate” and “how many requests a day does it serve”

I don’t have those answers but some of that is on the web.
