 [BadRequestError: app s~ABC cannot access app s~ABC's data]

I have seen this exception twice now.  Anyone have seen it too?  It looks strange as it says the application cannot access its own data.  ("ABC" is my app id)

Does it actually say: BadRequestError: app s~ABC cannot access app ABC's data?

Have you migrated to HR recently?

Ya its on HR

it was s~ABC to s~ABC.  Thats why its strange.  I saw it only twice though, all other similar requests had no problem.
