Google Transliterate API for Java Swing Application

Sorry for posting this in the Translator group. But I wanted to use the transliterate Google API in my Java swing application. But cant find the libraries to download. There was no forum for it.Can anyone tell me where I can get them?

The Transliterate API TOS require you to use the service via the Javascript interface on a web page. I.e., you can't use it in a Java swing or any other non-Javascript environment.
