I needed a new fortran compiler because G95 was not supported for the latest OSX (Mac 64 bit). I found that GCC includes the latest version of gfortran and Andy was listed as one of the principal developers. I was able to install it directly from sourceforge.net. The were two options - the entire GCC suite of compilers or a stand alone gfortran. Since I need the c compilers, I elected for the former. The compile time options are different, so you need to revise your makefiles, etc, but otherwise no problems.

As we update our computers, we will all need to migrate to gfortran.
