GES BRIEFING / CALL !

Dear Team! 

We are already working on the organizational stuff for the GES itself. Since you all arrive Monday in the evening, we thought it would be best to inform you quite some time ahead of the GES. Therefore we would like to gather all of you in a google-Hangout / Skype / Call (we don't know the techniqual stuff yet). 

I bet it will be quite hard to find a date and time where all of you will be able to participate, but please try to, it is really important to go over some things before you arrive. I will also prepare a written briefing in detail which I will send to you before, so we can really concentrate on your questions and the important things in the call.

We internally agreed on September 25, or 26. We need to consider time differences that is why the optional times are not later than 14:00 (Brazilian Time).

Lisa, September 26, 27, 28 and 29 I'll be at "Ilha Grande", an island in Rio. The chance to make a conference there is almost none, because there's no internet, no signal. I'll be there for a project. In fact, I'll travel September 25, 12:00am.
