semantic error!!!

hello

when I run my MINLP code,GAMS return a "semantic error!" in below I put that message:

Semantic Error F:\newGAMSdir\225m\logdisj.dat at (1,14): Disjunction identifier Y already used by GAMS model.

Advise -> : 1 semantic errors have been found when the analisys of F:\newGAMSdir\225m\logdisj.dat was in progress.

and when I click on error in LOG window, GAMS show me MODEL STATISTICS that I put below:

anybody can help me to fix this non-red error(my code is free from syntax error)  ?!
