I am using the Ipad app with my enterprise version of fusion reactor.  I just activated the new key.

this is link I use to connect to my instance in the browser:

this is the link I put into the Ipad app:

http://pts.live.aggressiveusa.com:8088/fusionreactor

Below is link to a picture of all I get in the app. I can only see the dashboard:

What am I doing wrong?

Hello Tim,

Thank you for your detailed message!
Did you try tapping on the blue cube? It could be that for some reason it's not pre-selecting the instance when there's only 1 in the list.
If you tap the blue cube you should see more data.

Best regards,
David Stockton

Thanks for the quick reply.

If I click the blue cube i get this:

I can still only see the dashboard info.. I really want to see the running requests.

Hello Tim,

Hit the "Requests" tab at the bottom of the page. It looks greyed out but you should be able to tap it to see the running requests.

You would think so, but that is my point I tap them and nothing comes up.

Hello Tim,

I see you're running the latest 4.0.10 release on that server. I'll have one of the team look into this and we'll get back to you shortly.

Thank you for the details you've provided so far.

Hi Tim,

Can you try restarting the application on the iPad. I had this problem
a few days ago after I had updated my URLs in FR on the Manage Severs
screen. The iPad app was caching the old URL's somehow and I kept
getting this problem. I then stopped the app on the iPad and started
it again. That did it for me. If that doesn't work can you post an
image of you Manage servers screen, we can take a look and see if
anything looks out of the ordinary.

Cheers,
Darren

Hi,

I got this when I used "127.0.0.1" as the server IP in manage servers page.
The URL in manage servers should be externally available. i.e. not all traffic is routed through the dashboard instance

You could also check this.

Many thanks,
David Stockton

Darren,

Your comment asking me to show you an image of my Manage Servers screen lead me to the right answer.

I had set up an instance but had not put anything in the manage servers section.

i added the instance to the manage servers sections and bingo bango bongo!

Thanks,

Tim
