Thread Safety regarding RequestHistoryCache in Diagnostics

Looking at the RequestHistoryCache it doesn't look like there is any kind of thread safety. Is there something external to that class that is enforcing that?

I think that's an egg on face observation.  RequestHistoryCache is not thread safe.

Sounds like an awesome opportunity for a pull request!

Sounds good, we will look at it as part of the instrumentation bit Corey mentioned in another thread.
