Help regarding ACE Flex4

Hi Guys

I am planning to get the adobe certification for flex4 done. I have not started preparing for it..can anyone help me out with it? 

Can you refer me any good book or online tutorial for it?

What is the cost of the certification?

Title says Flex 3, but most of it can be applied to Flex 4 certification exam as well.
